Creativity is within all of us and we have a need to express it, no matter the medium or manner. As a child, I loved to draw and paint but gradually got out of practice as I entered the world of work. For much of my adult life, I taught college English literature and composition and made time for creative writing and sewing. I enjoy people and am fascinated by human behavior and our unique personal narratives.
When I retired from teaching, I began fashioning jewelry and have once again been consumed by my creative energy. My influences are primarily from the natural world, Asian art, and ancient designs. In the uncertainty of today's world, I draw tranquility and inspiration from my craft. I use quality materials that will last a lifetime. Most of my designs are one of a kind.
I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I love making it. And I hope you continue to explore your own creative path
